I see you that you sent this on September 26. I've been there. The body wants to feel something with no reason. The best things to do are (1) don't find a reason for that feeling and (2) internally say to it, "feeling, you can do better than that! There is a smile in our heart and I'm going to root down for that smile," and give yourself grace and joy. Okay... dig a little deeper.. hey, over there! Look! It's a smile. It's a tiny one, more like a grin, but there it is. You take that smile into your mental hands and pull the sides to make it bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger... and cover your sad feelings like a blanket and let that smile suck up the sad like a sponge.
